UK-London: plant engineering design services
King's College London is intending to procure a Combined Heat & Power [CHP] plant for its Denmark Hill [West] site. We are now seeking to appoint a firm of Consultants to take the next step which is to design the system and deliver a technical specification and to enable the Authority to tender the contract to contractors to install and commission the system to full order. This includes infrastructure connections and changes to existing buildings as well as provision for a new building currently in the design stage. It is expected that the Consultants will contribute as part of a team to undertake the tender analysis and the decision as to which Contractor should be appointed for the works.
The College may wish to extend the appointment to include the following options.
