Refer to the pre-qualification documentation which includes the need for the economic operator (company, or, if a JV, group of companies) should be able to demonstrate an average annual turnover (for the three previous financial years) of at least 1 000 000 GBP. Economic operators who fail to demonstrate this minimum standard may be excluded from the selection of economic operators to be invited to tender.
