UK-Liverpool: architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services
Lead consultant providing Architectural, Cost Consultant, Structural Engineer and Mechanical and Electrical Design Services (including BREAAM Assessment) for the Redevelopment of the Florence Institute, Liverpool. The architectural works are completed to stage D so the fee will be based on reviewing the scheme as it stands and taking this forward to completion. We are looking for a lead consultant to provide the services in the stated fields to work with the Florence Institute Charitable trust to redevelop this valuable Grade II listed building into beneficial community use. We are seeking consultants with a track record of delivering high quality conservation work and refurbishments of listed buildings together with community projects requiring a high proportion of site attendance and public facing roles.
