The consultant will be required to provide a range of architectural and lead consultant services (including Quantity Surveying services) on behalf of North Ayrshire Council in relation to the internal refurbishment of Bridgegate House, in Irvine, North Ayrshire.
Projects area of between 4 000 m - 4 500 m with an anticipated construction value of 4 000 000 GBP - 6 000 000 GBP.
