UK-Hounslow: buses and coaches
Heathrow only - CBS for both operations and facilities management,
Facilities management is for core CBS building and retail units,
CBS, T5 and T4 ticket sales services (HAL branded),
Stop / Stand allocation for all eligible services on fair basis (incl. T4/T5/CBS),
Provision of ticketing and of information and timetables for all eligible services,
Provision of customer service and coach baggage handlers,
Providing quality of service monitoring reports,
Monitoring of HAL's cleaning contractor at the sites,
Health and safety management at the sites,
Liaison and resolution of issues on a day to day basis with Transport for London and all other operators using the sites,
Reporting to the local bus and coach forum on management and operational issues at the site,
Liaison with HAL on day to day issues affecting the smooth operation of the site.
The development of the contract will be dependent on the outcome of both a PIN (periodic indicative notice)and the tender itself. The PIN will run about one week later than this contract notice and will be seeking from the market ideas and feedback around the way the services could be structured.
