Planning to succeed (P2S) is a comprehensive, customer driven and innovative programme of facilitated support designed to assist businesses to improve their performance, stimulate growth and investment and develop business and marketing skills.
The aim of the P2S Tourism project is to work with rural tourism businesses to increase innovation, collaboration, investment and leadership in order to achieve higher value add from Scotlands rural tourism assets. The P2S project allows businesses to become more aware of the market and business environment they operate in and provide them with the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence to assist them to move towards a more sustainable and market focused rural business.
