UK-Falkirk: repair and maintenance services of mechanical building installations
The requirement of this contract is to carry out maintenance of statutory maintenance, servicing and repairs to mechanical service equipment and conventional controls within the Falkirk area to non-housing properties owned or leased by Falkirk Council.
The anticipated overall value of the contact works will be approximately 800 000 GBP.
These figures are based on historical information and do not guarantee that any Contractor will receive more or less than the value of works stated. The value of the works orders/lines will not, except under exceptional circumstances exceed 1500.00 GBP. As this contract is a framework agreement, the bulk of the works will be given to the most advantageous tenderer with the other accepted Contractors being brought in as and when required.
