UK-Edinburgh: construction consultancy services
The Port of Leith Housing Association Consortium wish to establish 4 panels of consultants to provide a standing resource of the skills required to develop and implement their new build housing capital works programme. Framework agreements will be awarded for the provision of the following services; 1. Architecture 2. Quantity Surveying/Employer's Agent 3. Civil/Structural Engineers 4. CDM Coordinators. Each panel will comprise of between 4 & 6 no. Architects; between 3 & 5 no. Quantity Surveyors/Employer's Agents; between 3 & 5 no. Civil/Structural Engineers; and up to 3 CDM Coordinators.
