County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) is currently seeking to implement an integrated Care Record System (CRS) capable of interfacing with the contracting authorities ICT products and systems, in a series of phases. We envisage that the first phase will include order communications, results reporting, documentation to support discharge incorporating take out medications. We envisage that the second phase will incorporate electronic drug management including e-prescribing and drug administration for patient care.
The trust reserves the right to extend or reduce the scope of the phases following dialogue discussions with shortlisted suppliers.
