The contract scope is to appoint more than one service provider, to assist with planning and to, on occassions, liaise with the customer planning manager and (possibly) with other planned bus providers.
The commercial basis of the contract is that of a schedule of rates which will be applied to the emerging requirements.
The contract contains service levels in respect of cancellations and passenger complaints.
