The contracting authorities are seeking an innovative Managed ICT Service Provider (MSP) to provide the services to the contracting authorities for a period of 10 years with an option to extend for a further period of up to 5 years. The MSP will provide ( or arrange the provision of) a full managed ICT service to each wave 6 BSF school for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for further periods until expiry. The MSP may be required to provide (or arrange the provision of) Interim Services to the contracting authorities prior to the full managed ICT service. The ICT managed service will include but not be limited to, the development of a strategic ICT investment programme. The services will include but not be limited to (i) A Learning Platform for all wave 6 BSF schools. (ii) An ICT managed service for all wave 6 BSF schools including; capital solution implementation, technology service desk, technical support and infrastructure management, MIS Data Management Services, training and educational change management.
