UK-Blackburn: non-hazardous refuse and waste treatment and disposal services
Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council requires the design, build and operation of certain waste reception, treatment and disposal facilities capable of processing approximately 40 000 - 80 000 tonnes of municipal solid waste per annum (whilst the facility will primarily treat Council sourced waste, excess capacity will be available for other Waste Disposal Authorities or commercial organisations to purchase).
