UK-Birmingham: erection and related works of roof frames and coverings

Network Rail seek expressions of interest for the contract for the supply and installation of an ETFE roof to an atrium that shall be formed to the existing shopping centre above Birmingham New Street Railway Station. The contract shall include the erection of the structural steel framework that supports the ETFE roof, as well as the finishes to the steel work as required, and associated insulation. The size of the atrium is approximately 100 m long by 50 m wide. The Contract scope will include interfacing with mechanical and electrical services contractors. Design of the works shall be by the Project's Lead Consultant and Concept Architect.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 4 000 000 and 7 000 000 GBP.
