We are UK based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider (From UK Only) for our requirement of Software Support Service for SAP based HR software. Contract will be for 40 months. Our approximate budget is 525000 GBP.
Scope of Service:
A) We are looking for service provider to provide support service for our HR based software in SAP.
B) We are current using ERP2004 (ECC 5.00) for our HR related requirements like Personnel Administration, Payroll, Organisation Management, Training and events, Time Recording, Shift Planning, Recruitment, Personal Development.
C) We are looking for service provider to provide following services
1. Technical Support
2. Remote Help Desk Support
3. Other Support Services
4. Further Support Services
