The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the UH-60 Winch, Assembly

INPUT/ OUTPUT P/N: 42305-100 (FMS - 5 ea)
The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with minimum, maximum, and FMS quantities as listed beside each NSN and Part Number. These are not Critical Safety Items. It has been determined that the Government's needs cannot be met by items available in the commercial marketplace; therefore, FAR Part 15 will be used. Maintenance and Overhaul shall be done in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR) 55-1680-321 to include all applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs) and AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, materials for the Maintenance and Overhaul of this item. This item has been published in the Competition Advocate's Shopping List (CASL) dated June 2012. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
