Provide a price and lead time quotation with signed Representations & Certifications by not later than 10/30/2018



Source selection will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (...and the product delivery date must be on or before x-date)
Payment Terms: N-30
Freight terms: FOB Destination
The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms & Conditions for Commercial Supplies and Services will be made a part of the resulting order.
