UCLA Commissioning Services
The University of California, Los Angeles seeks commissioning services for various
projects in pre-design, design-phase through construction phase. The services will be
required as projects come up; no specific schedule is determined at the present time. The
scope of the projects these services will address will vary greatly in terms of size, cost,
project type, and available information. Program and building types may also vary greatly
and include new construction, renovations, healthcare, housing, classrooms, laboratories,
dining facilities and many others. The extent of the services required is not set; each
assignment involving commissioning services will be requested and authorized separately
under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) negotiated with the University.
The PSA may have a duration of three years. Authorizations executed under the PSA will
have varying durations, according to the needs of each study or project.
