The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is conducting market research to identify sources who are capable of instituting, maintaining, and administering computer-based, multiple-choice tests for the Uniform Commission Examination (UCE) program. Sources shall provide all data automation, programming, and reporting necessary to electronically administer randomly-selected multiple choice examinations to OCC UCE candidates. Sources shall have a network of established, computer-based testing centers. As used herein "established" means facilities that are regularly used for electronic testing purposes. Sources shall have at least one testing facility within a 50-mile radius of at least 50 of the 67 OCC offices listed in Attachment 1. Sources shall be capable of offering the UCE test to candidates during test periods as specified by the Government. Each test period will be approximately eight weeks long. There will be three test periods during the base year of the contract and during each four, one-year option years, if exercised. The test periods typically fall in January to March, April to June, and August through September. There will be a maximum of 150 candidates tested in a given year. The contractor shall allow candidates to register and take the UCE tests at any time during a scheduled test period. The OCC will provide the test questions. If companies are interested, please submit a statement of your capability (including test center locations) to provide these services. In addition, provide DUNS number and business size. The capability statement is limited to four (4) pages. The results of this sources sought notice will be used in determining the acquisition strategy. Please submit to Laura A.
