UAS IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Request for Proposals:
UAS Implementation Plan: The County of Grand Forks, in conjunction with the Base Realignment Impact Committee (BRIC), seeks proposals from qualified firms/entities to develop a UAS Implementation Plan that will identify actionable steps to grow the regions UAS industry sector, featuring training, manufacturing, and research & development.
Activities associated with this contract are expected to take place from December 2, 2008, to June 30, 2009. The contract will be with Grand Forks County, using funds provided through a U.S. Department of Defense Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA) grant.
