Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
Space must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. Space on the second floor or higher is preferred. If ground floor space is offered, location specific mitigating security measures will be required to meet security requirements and make the location acceptable. For multi-tenant, multi-story buildings, an elevator controlled by a card reader type system for the sole use of the Government shall be provided from the secure parking level with elevator exits to both the visitor entry and secure areas.
