The Genereal Services Administration seeks to lease a minimum of 5,809 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) and related space.The space must be located within the following delineated area:
East: Randolph Street
South: 109th Avenue
West: U.S. 41
North- 61st Avenue (on an extended line between Randolph Street and U.S. 41.
GSA is seeking to expand its lease requirements, currently situated in 3,997 usable square feet, to a total of 6,273 usable square feet of office and related space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [100] year flood plain. Space located on the second floor or above is preferred, but 1st floor space will be considered.
