Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of an agreement authorizing representation. 

Responses omitting the items below may not be considered:

1.     Address of proposed property.

2.     Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact.

3.     Name and contact information of the property ownership’s legal entity.

4.     Written acknowledgement is required from the owner or the owner’s agents where an agent represents multiple ownership entities.
