U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SHOPPING MALL KIOSK SPACE, SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease one (1) shopping mall kiosk, with one (1) designated or open parking space, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. A one-year firm term lease with four one-year renewal options is intended. Space must be ready for occupancy by 30 September 2019.
Expressions of interest should include the following:
- Building name and address
- kiosk space dimensions and/or specs
- Digital photo of kiosk space
- Rental rate per rentable space
- Common area factor(s) for available space, if applicable
