United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space:

City, State:    Ashland, WI
County:     Ashland
Delineated Area:    City Limits of Ashland, Wisconsin
Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):    2,700 ABOA
Max Sq. Ft. (ABOA):    2,876 ABOA
NTE Rentable Square Feet (RSF):    3,210 RSF
Space Type:    Office and Related Space
Parking Spaces (Total):    22 (4 GOVs, 9 Employee, 9 Client)
Full Term:    Ten (10) Years
Firm Term:    None
Termination Rights:    120 Days' Notice, in whole or in part
Additional Requirements:    •    Property must be able to support pull-through parking for larger vehicles up to tractor trailers.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
