Climate Advisers Trust (CAT) seeks legal services through December 2020 to identify and analyze United States criminal and civil laws of general applicability that cover transboundary acts involved with deforestation in developing nations. Services are in pursuit of potential referrals to U.S. authorities, in collaboration with Non-Governmental Organizations. Applicant must have significant experience in litigation and prosecution in the United States, as well as building cases alongside Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) in the developing world.
