Description:
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Parts 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures" (SAP).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-101.
(iv) Services shall be provided IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
(v) The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a base period of performance of one year, four option periods of one year each, and an optional six month extension.
