U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, HUNTINGTON DIVISION, ANNOUNCES PROCUREMENT OF CLEANING, MOWING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR DILLON LAKE, ZANESVILLE OHIO AND TOM JENKINS LAKE, GLOUSTER OHIO
The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for maintenance services to include mowing, cleaning and janitorial and general maintenance services at Dillon and Tom Jenkins, OH. There will be a base period with three additional one year option periods. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract, competitively negotiated. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range as determined by the Contracting Officer and has been evaluated as most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A) Management Plan; (B) Experience; (C) Past Performance; (D) Equipment and (E) Cost/Price.
