This RFQ is for a firm-fixed price stand alone contract
to be established with a POP (Period
of Performance) beginning 08/12/2019 through
08/11/2020, contingent upon funding. The
requirement is for a Type I Softrak with Operator
in accordance with the attached
Statement of Work. Please email your quote by
2:00 p.m. - August 5, 2019.

prompt pay
3. Total Small Business Set Aside for NAICS -
115310 - size Standard $7.5M
4. Award basis - firm-fixed price, most
advantageous to the Government with technical
merit somewhat more important than price and
price related factors.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for
commercial items prepared in accordance with the
format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation;
quotes are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation
number is 1282CS19Q0032 and is issued as a
request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation
document and incorporated provisions and clauses
are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular (FAC) 2019-02. This requirement is
solicited as a Total Small Business set aside
under NAICS code 115310, Support Activities for Forestry.
A current Contractor registration is required in
the System for Award Management (SAM) website,
https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Quoters
must ensure that they are self-certified under
NAICS Code 115310 in the Representations and
Certifications portion of SAM or return a fully
executed Offeror Representations and
Certifications-Commercial Items (October 2018)
Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) clause
52.212-3 with their quote. (Available at
https://www.acquisition.gov/ and attached to this
solicitation) Deadline for submission of
questions.

be submitted in writing by email directly to the

Wednesday, July 24, 2019. Include the solicitation

your email. If warranted, a question and answer
document shall be posted as an amendment to this
combined synopsis/solicitation no later than
Monday, July 29, 2019.
Deadline for submitting quotes. Quotes shall be

later than 2:00 pm MD, Monday, August 5, 2019.
