SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following services listed below:

This is a Sources Sought announcement. The 55 Contracting Squadron intends to contract one (1) contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and necessary services, to deliver and install a Two-Story A-Wall 400 plant office in Vehicle Maintenance.


The designated NAICS Code is 236220 and a Size Standard of $36.5 million.


Your response shall include the following information:
• Size of company (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.),
• Capability Statement.


Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition (see Statement of Work below). It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.

Statement of Work


Purchase and installation of a Two-Story A-Wall 400 in Plant Office for Vehicle Maintenance


1. Scope: The work covered by this Statement of Work consists of the contractor providing, all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and necessary services, to deliver and install a Two-Story A-Wall 400 plant office in Vehicle Maintenance.
2. Major Items of Work:
a. Deliver and install 1-10'X12' Two-Story A-Wall 400 with the below items.

3. Inspection of building site: Any interested contractor(s) shall have the opportunity to participate in a Site Visit to inspect the building site by notifying Contracting of desire to do so. The date and time are to be determined and will be provided to interested contractors. All participants will be escorted onto base and transported to the Vehicle Maintenance. The inspection time shall not exceed two (2) hours.
4. Location of Work: All work will be performed at Vehicle Maintenance.
5. The contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing if, during inspection and/or performance of work, additional funds are needed. The contractor shall not complete any other items outside the Scope of Work unless provided written authorization by the Contracting Officer.
6. Materials and Equipment: All materials and/or equipment shall be provided by the contractor installing the building.
7. Period of Performance shall be 21 days for the completion of work.
8. Warranty: The contractor shall provide a parts and labor warranty for a minimum of one year against defects and workmanship.
9. Clean Up: Any debris and/or trash shall be removed from the installation site prior to the contractor completing the work.
10. Hazardous waste disposal: The contractor shall properly dispose of any hazardous waste that was produced during the installation process.
11. Inspection: An inspection of the building installation shall be conducted by designated 55 LRS/LGRV personnel and the contractor prior to acceptance of the building.
