This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. This is being procured as a small business set aside. NSN 3110-01-181-1132 is manufactured to a "HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND CORPORATION CAGE: 99167) DRAWING: 5903778, REV. B, DATED 22 JULY 97 P/N: 5903778 Source Controlled Drawing." Approved Sources: TIMKEN AEROSPACE (78118) P/N 5903778 and NHBB (83086) P/N 5903778. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The required delivery for is 231 days ARO. The estimated annual quantity is 99 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 25 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 25 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 50 each. NSN 3110-01-182-6677 is manufactured to a "HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND CORPORATION CAGE: 99167) DRAWING & P/N: 5903775 REV B Source Controlled Drawing." The required delivery for is 177 days ARO. The estimated annual quantity is 77 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 19 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 19 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 39 each.Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
