Two (2) Semi-Automated Collection Trucks, Tandem Axle with a 33 CY Body
The Purchase of two (2) units, Low Entry-Cab Forward Chassis with Tandem Rear Axel and Body. All equipment furnished under this agreement shall be new, unused and manufacturer's current production model. The entire vehicle(s) shall be guaranteed for a minimum of one year against any defective parts, material and/or workmanship.
A 5% Certified Check, Letter of Credit or Bond, payable to the City of Springfield, must accompany each bid. A 100% Performance Bond shall be required from the successful bidder. Surety bonds will only be accepted from Surety Companies licensed by the Division of Insurance to Transact Business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
