Two (2) 30FT Riverine Boats - FMS to Nepal
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is N00024-14-R-2219 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-73 (effective 29 April 2014).
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336612 "Boat Building" with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a total small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.
This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procurement for two (2) 30-foot riverine boats, general purpose equipment, Unique Item Identification (UID), Provisioned Item Order (PIO) spares, and in-country reactivation and training. Please refer to the solicitation and attachments for the complete Statement of Work (SOW) and all other requirements, clauses and provisions.
