Twenty five (25) to fifty (50) single-family homes
The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) is requesting proposals from developers to design, finance, build, and market twenty five (25) to fifty (50) single-family homes for Phase 1 of the Keokea-Waiohuli Development, located in Keokea, Kula, Maui, Hawaii. The developer will be required to construct a minimum of 25 houses with the option to construct additional homes up to a total of 50. The entire Phase 1 site has ninety-eight (98) residential lots with a minimum size of 20,000 square feet. The developed houses will be turn-key homes with the remaining lots in Phase 1 being reserved as vacant/owner-builder lots.
