On behalf of the Department of Interior and the Office of Special Trustee, Office of Appraisal Services, Rocky Mountain Regional Office (OAS-RMRO) a request for quote is being issued for a Market Rental Study in estimating a current opinion of market rent on agricultural trust or restricted individual Indian lands affiliated with the Turtle Mountain Public Domain Lands located within the Rocky Mountain Region under the jurisdiction of the Fort Belknap Bureau of Indian Affairs Agency This appraisal award is a Total Small Business Set-aside, NAICS code 531320 Potential awardees are required to:
1) Be Potential awardees must have a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (Contractor), License in good standing license for the state in which the subject property is located, or will obtain a temporary license for the State 2) Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) websites, which is accessed at https://www.sam.gov 3) Return a signed copy of the "Certification Regarding a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law or an Unpaid Federal Tax Liability" located on page 32 the attached clauses.
