This effort is for the implementation and management procedures required for the KC-135 Pacer CRAG Warranty Program as it applies to units delivered to the Turkish Air Force (TurAF).

The contractor's is responsible for a fixed warranty period. This warranty plan also provides incentive to the contractor to improve reliability and maintainability (R&M) at no additional cost to the U.S. Government (USG) or TurAF beyond the negotiated fixed warranty price.

Any Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) malfunction resulting in item removal and return to the contractor for repair is warranted. The warranty will apply even if the LRU re-tests no fault found at the contractor's facility. The contractor shall repair and return, at no additional cost to the TurAF, all KC-135 Pacer CRAG Group "B" LRUs returned to the contractor regardless of reason for or cause of the items malfunction, excluding catastrophic loss, gross negligence (i.e. customer induced damage), or Beyond Economical Repair (BER) condition TCAS VSI (IVA-81A) as described in paragraph 1.4.
