The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District intends to issue an Invitation to Bid (IFB) solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for Turf Management Services at the Carlyle Lake Project, Carlyle, IL and the Kaskaskia Navigation Project, Modoc, IL. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to manage turf through mechanical means at various locations around Carlyle Lake, Carlyle, IL. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS (SB) SET-ASIDE for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) with a base year and four (4) option years to renew. The Guaranteed Minimum is $80,000.00 per year. The Cumulative Maximum is $150,000.00 for each year. The NAICS Code is 561730. The SIC Code is 9512 with a standard of $7.5M. Paper copies of this solicitation and its amendments will not be available or issued. Electronic copies are not permitted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be available on or about February 12, 2015.
