Turf Establishment for Storm Water Outfalls

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials, including fertilizer, necessary to establish turf through various means and methods as defined herein and assist County Flood Control District in the management of the vegetation for storm water outfalls throughout the County. The sites vary in sizes.
