Provide Clinton Correctional Facility, Division of Industries with Tubular Knit Fabric that meets the requirements of the detailed specifications and general requirements of IFB#907.
It is the policy of the NYS DOCCS, Division of Industries, to comply with provisions of Article 15-a of the New York State Executive law (Participation by Minority Group Members and Women with Respect to State Contracts) and the rules and regulations contained with 5 NYCRR Parts 140-144, and to ensure that minority group members, women and New York State certified Minority and Women owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE's) are given maximum practical opportunities to participate in (NYS DOCS, Division of Industries) procurements involving equipment, supplies, services, design, and construction.
