The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a fixed price type contract on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation – Aerospace Systems (NGAS), San Diego, CA under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Contract N00019-15-G-0026.  The purpose of this action is to procure Last Time Buy (LTB) hardware of connectors, receivers, IC Flash PLD Configurators, and Inertial Navigation Systems with known LTB dates to address Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) within MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Production aircraft.  Northrop Grumman is the sole designer, developer, and integrator of the Triton UAS.  Accordingly, it is the only contractor with the requisite knowledge and experience to provide Triton specific hardware required for these efforts within the program’s cost and schedule constraints.
