The Trinity River Vision Authority (TRVA) is requesting proposals for Updating the Comprehensive Project Management Planning, Scheduling and Financing Models for the Implementation of the Trinity River Vision -Central City Project plus related and dependent projects.
To provide project management planning services, scheduling, finance sequencing and implementation guides. These project deliverables should be based on the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) design for the Trinity River Vision - Central City Project and related dependent construction projects such as the Trinity River Vision -Trinity Uptown Bridges, and Trinity River Vision -utility relocations.
