The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management -Business Operations Center (OASAM BOC), Office of Procurement Services (OPS) -France Perkins Building, 200 Constitution Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20210 intends to procure an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one training Contractor for legal training, products and related services in support of the Office of Solicitor (SOL's) mission nation-wide. Given the scope of SOL's responsibilities in providing legal services to the (DOL), the training covered by this SOW will be broad and will include, but not be limited, to the full range of trial advocacy and related training involving all phases of litigation from pre-trial work through appeals, negotiations training, as well as training in writing skills.
