Tri-County Mental Health Mental Retardation Services (Local Authority) is seeking
proposals for the provision of mental health services in compliance with the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) criteria for identified individuals with mental illness who
seek services at the Local Authority. The services requested shall be performed within 10
miles of current service locations in Cleveland, Conroe, Huntsville, and Liberty, Texas and must provide equivalent or better access to services than the LMHA. Space may be available for rent at Local Authority service locations for interested contractors.
