Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, components, labor and supervision for the Tri-Annual Maintenance, service and testing of the FIFYTY TWO (52) MID VOLTAGE VACUUM CIRCUIT BREAKERS Serving all Electrical Power Distribution Systems at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center Chicago, IL. Testing and documentation shall comply with the requirements of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Standard 1584; NFPA 99 4.4.4.1.2.2, NFPA 6.7.4.1.2.1, NETA 7.5.3, NETA 7.6.1.1 for analyses, labeling and reporting current facility conditions, including additions, upgrades and other changes that occur following completion of all circuit breaker analyses.
