This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P917T0013 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73 dated 29 April 2014.This requirement is being solicited to small businesses as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 113210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $11 million. The basis of award will be Price Alone. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The following is the list of items and descriptions requested under this RFQ:


CLIN 0001 -
Contractor will furnish all labor, and materials to supply, deliver, and plant 1,000 balled and burlap trees to be planted in various areas around Carlyle Lake, Carlyle, Illinois in accordance with contract specifications

Note: 52.212-3 shall be completed in the offerors System for Award Management (SAM) record. All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive a contract award. Quotes are to be received electronically no later 10:00 AM Central Time on 2 June 2017. The Government requires your quote remain valid for 30 calendar days from date of submission
