The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Southern Region, Eastern Logistics Service Area, AAQ -510, has a requirement for Tree and Vegetation Removal and Restoration, Dansville, NY. The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation.

When responding to this Screening Information Request/Request for Offer (SIR/RFO), each offeror is required to submit a technical proposal and a cost proposal in accordance with the Screening Information Request (SIR) provision in Section L entitled, "Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors."

All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the SIR document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of James E. Love, Contract Specialist (AAQ-510), via e-mail at james.love@faa.gov.

All documents required by this RFP are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), June 19, 2017 and must be submitted to FAA Southern Region, Eastern Logistics Service Area- Atlanta, AAQ 510, 1701 Columbia Ave., College Park, GA 30337. All Proposals must be sealed and labeled as follows: RFP DTFASA-17-R-00399, ATTN: James Love. Please refer all questions in writing only to james.love@faa.gov.

Offerors submitting proposals by hand-delivery will need to consider allowing sufficient time to process through the security procedures in place at delivery at Southern Regional Eastern Logistics Service Center.

In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. EDT, June 19, 2017, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
