Tree Maintenance Project
Mandatory pre-bid: February 11, 2009
The City of Palo Alto is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced firm to provide tree maintenance work, which includes, but is not limited to, routine pruning, hazardous tree removal and storm damage cleanup of City trees within the City limits of Palo Alto. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Services as per the RFQ attached or by hard copy available upon request, please contact the Purchasing and Contract Administration office at (650) 329-2271.
Note: A pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2009. The Conference shall begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. (doors will close 15 minutes after the start time for the pre-bid conference), and shall be held at the Municipal Service Center, Building C (Public Works Lunchroom), 3201 East Bayshore Road, Palo Alto. Note the Conference is mandatory, so all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend
