The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a requirements contract for routine and emergency tree care services for municipal trees located in City parklands, public grounds, public rights-of-ways and open spaces. Service will be performed on an as needed basis. Eight categories have been established: Tree and Stump Removal (Category 1), Tree Removal only (Category 2), Stump Removal only, (Category 3), Tree Trimming (Category 4), Tree Protection Fencing (Category 5) Root pruning (Category 6), Cable and Bracing of Trees (Category 7) and Hourly Rate Work (Category 8).
