Mandatory vendor conference on 04/15/2010. This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a continuum of community based services and programming, including assessment, treatment and surveillance services for releases in transition from the secure facility and placed within the Illinois communities. The Department is seeking a vendor to provide: Specialized sex offender treatment and general case management services, Objective sex offender assessment services including Abel screening, phallometric testing and clinical polygraph services,
Specialized sex offender surveillance, monitoring and supervision services.
