Treasury Investment Advisory Services
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms (hereafter “Vendor” or
“Proposer”) to provide investment advisory services to the Office of the Auditor-
Controller/Recorder/Treasurer/Tax Collector.
The selected Investment Advisor will assist and supplement the County’s staff by providing technical
and strategic advice to staff in managing the Pool’s portfolio. The selected Investment Advisor will
provide advice only and will not manage funds. In addition, the Investment Advisor will provide
accounting services to the Pool, including preparation of a monthly portfolio report including analytics,
which is distributed to the Board of Supervisors, Treasury Oversight Committee, rating agencies and
others on a monthly basis
