Contractor shall provide all personnel and equipment necessary to operate the traffic information broadcast unit of the traveler information section of the Traffic Management Center. The Contractor’s personnel and equipment will combine, edit and transmit, under the Transportation Department’s Public Information Officer’s direction, the audio/video information on current travel conditions.
